We were approached to alter and extend a charming, stone built house in Newburgh. The clients were looking for an open kitchen-dining-living area, with seperate utilities and WC to better suit their needs.

We were also asked to remodel the upstairs rooms to create an en-suite for the master bedroom, a wetroom and to incorporate a skylight over the stairwell.

By opening up both rear rooms and knocking out an entire rear wall we created a large open space.

The rear extension was finished with folding, sliding doors and rooflights to allow natural light to flood the room, with exposed beams and a feature stove adding to the character of the space, while upstairs, the copper sanitary ware in the en-suite bathroom is an eye-catching addition for the owners to enjoy.
